One on one therapy sessions with personalized goals in your own home or community.

This option includes all of the services Holistic Life Skills offers.

Detailed home visit which includes safety assessment, recommendations for adaptive equipment, and general fall prevention education.

This can be a one time visit after returning from the hospital or if you feel your environment may cause falls.

Will be included within the individualized therapy sessions and/or separate as a virtual option.

In-person sessions are always recommended, but I understand that each individual’s situation is different. A virtual option is available if you feel that it will be more beneficial for you.
